I started my career as a Personal Trainer over 15 years ago. My passion for cycling turned in to a profession when I started competing internationally and it was through my cycling that I learned the importance of Strength & Conditioning.
I proceeded to train as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and worked with many high-class professionals including physios, motivational coaches, S&C coaches, and chiropractors, before opening my own gym facility in 2012.
I train clients on a one to one basis or in small groups in the gym to ensure they reach their personal goals effectively. I also work with cyclists outside the gym to improve their performance.
Since opening the gym I have also added a purpose-built BMX track to help my BMX clients to improve their skill as well as their fitness.
