Strength & Conditioning is the practical application of sports science to improve movement quality.
An initial assessment shows me where your weaknesses are. I create a bespoke training plan that conditions your body to help strengthen any weaknesses and improve overall movement. Once you have a stable foundation I then start to add load to help increase performance in your chosen sport or to improve your day to day lifestyle.
Research has proven that strengthening the muscles and improving movement competency will help to reduce the risk of future injury.
